(includes light snacks) Before and after your tea session: 1. be sure to eat a light meal prior to the session to buffer the natural acidity of the tea. 2. do not wear heavy perfumes or lipsticks as these will interfere with the aroma and taste of tea. 3. drink plenty of water to rehydrate after your session, as tea is a natural diuretic. 4. do not schedule anything for 2 hours after your session. Instead, plan to relax, allowing body and mind to absorb the energy of tea.
